How do I place an order?
All orders can be placed online at www.grantedbeauty.com
We are not accepting any wholesale customers at this time. If loaves are available they will be added to our website.
When will my order be shipped?
All payments can be made directly on our website.
In-stock orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped. Business days are Monday - Friday and does not include weekends or postal holidays. Presale orders will take up to 6 weeks to be shipped. If you make a purchase during a sale please allow up to 21 business days for your items to ship.
Please remember that all of our products are made to order with love.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided at checkout. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service or UPS and all claims involving lost, damage or stolen packages must be resolved through them.
Once you receive a tracking number please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking to update. If your tracking number shows no movement after 5 BUSINESS DAYS please email us at contact@grantedbeauty.com or contact USPS for further assistance.
COVID-19 UPDATE- PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR TRACKING NUMBERS TO BE UPDATED. WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP TO ANY INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES OR APO BOXES.
If there is an issue with your order you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery for the issue to be resolved. For damaged packages please keep all packaging and take pictures for insurance claim with the carrier. All claims can be filed directly on their website and by calling them at 1800-332-0317 to receive a form to file by mail.

How Can I Vsteam at Home?
Bring 1-2 cups (Steamer) and 4-6 cups (Bowl) of distilled water to a complete boil. Once the water is boiling, add a handful of herbs to the boiling water and stir for about 30 seconds.Remove mixture from the burner and pour into your bowl that you are going to sit over. Sit over your bowl for 20-30 minutes covering your lower body with a towel or sheet. Ensure that the steam is flowing towards your vagina.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept any returns. No Refunds will be issued after purchasing so please select items carefully.
Can I change my shipping address?
We can not update or change any address on an order. If you need to make an address change we will need to refund your items and you may repurchase if the items are still available.
