This is a "get to know you" initial consultation if you are trying to decide if you should book an herbal consultation. The primary purpose of this free discovery call is to determine if you should book a full herbalist consultation.

Some of the things that you may want to discuss are hormonal imbalances, stress, sleep issues, health patterns or behaviors, infertility, chronic conditions, and more. 

Depending on the complexity of your situation we will discuss if you will be a fit in working with us to receive personalized products and herbal recommendations.
